From Bagasse to Sugas
Sugarcane is harvested from Haft Tappeh sugarcane fields and is transferred to the mill.
After the washing process and then extracting the juice from sugarcane at the mill , the remaining is called bagasse.
Bleached and unbleached pulp are made of bagasse by various process.
The paper pulp is transferred for molding to various packaging solutions including food containers.
The products are attending following processes;
1. Water proofing
2. Oil proofing
3. Consistency refining
4. Disinfaction
Using different molds , the pulp is shaped and finally trimmed.
The products go through a UV tunnel to be disinfected then are packed and get ready for delivery.
Because of the unique formulation of Sugas , the products are easily decomposed in nature and get back to earth.
Harvested sugarcane is transferd from farms to the factory.
After sugarcane processing the remaining material is called bagasse.
Under pulp processing bagasse is converted to paper pulp.
The paper pulp is transferred for molding to various packaging solutions including food containers.
